Yes. You can choose a coverage tier when booking — Basic, Standard or Premium. Higher tiers offer increased protection for valuable or fragile items, and every delivery is verified end-to-end.
Every GoDrop parcel is protected by two unique verification codes — one for pickup and one for delivery. The courier must enter the pickup code from the sender to collect the parcel, and the delivery code from the recipient to complete the handover. No code, no handoff.
Safety is built into every step. All couriers complete government ID and selfie verification, every parcel uses two-code verification, and live GPS tracking covers the entire journey. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and two-way ratings keep the community accountable.
